The rooms have kept their uniqueness with parts of original brickwork showing while other rooms have retained the original stone work from 1787. Each room is a unique experience, in addition the old wooden beams which support the house and old style wooden flooring give the main house a wonderful warm feeling. Breakfast is served in the large dining & living room area. You could either have a cooked breakfast or a traditional croissant, fresh milk from the local farm or some eggs freshly boiled. All the food at Fontaine de Tarrieu is either cooked on the "Godin" range ( "Aga" equivalent) or cooked in traditional styles, which provide you with the ability to sample wonderful fresh breads, great quiche, wonderful cakes and other fresh produce grown in the garden of Fontaine de Tarrieu.
